Testing: 1, 2, 3, etc.

As more job seekers apply for fewer job openings, recruiters are asking tougher (and trickier) interview questions to find top talent. I've actually seen this practice in blue collar-type jobs for which a lot of competition exists. In one company I did some contracting work for, if you failed the screening process at any point, you were not allowed to come back at a later time to reapply. read more...
