Online Forms Call for Strategy on Salary Question
I've experienced it. If you've filled out an online application to a company, you've probably experienced it, too. The application will not budge unless you specify your salary requirements and/or history. Nearly all job hunters have been advised to leave this question as one of the last ones to be answered; i.e., to talk about it once you've been offered the job.
